Cookbook Review: Family Approved Gluten Free Recipes
If you follow my blog, then you know about Pam Jordan from I’m A Celiac. I have featured her on my blog as one of my favorite gluten free bloggers. She is a go-getter, doer, and recipe developer! I loved finally meeting one of my gluten free blogger friends face to face in April at the GFAF Expo. We immediately clicked in person as if we had known each other for years and still continue our texting, instagraming, facebooking, emailing, convention room sharing relationship to this day!
So, it only makes sense to let you know about her first cookbook! It is a great “go to” in out household and the bonus is the ingredients list is usually short I usually have them on hand! Sweet!
This Gluten Free cookbook contains simple recipes your family will love. The book highlights breakfast, appetizer, main dishes, side dishes, slow cooker and dessert recipes. This cookbook contains over 50 timesaving recipes that kids of all ages will love. Only meals that were eaten by her picky eaters are in the book! Recipes include apple pie, onion rings, greek yogurt pancakes, slow cooker lasagna, shepherd’s pie, cheesecake, meatloaf, cake balls, baked ziti, pumpkin whoopie pies, and strawberry cake. The recipes take help from store bought Gluten Free product and every day items found in your pantry.
Great Job Pam! Here is a link to her cookbook…now go get it!
